My Workout Playlist And My Journey So Far!

Hey cuties.

Today I have nothing to do, so I tought I would share my workout play list with you. Remember this is the music I like to workout to because it gives me motivation and makes me super happy! I change my workout playlist up every week, cause I hate listening to the old songs over and over again! I need new music to make me want to work out! I just wanted to talk a little bit about working out, this mounth has been great, not only can I feel results of my traning, but I can see it. To be honest my belly looks nice, and my butt looks nice as well. I'm going to keep working out, cause you get paid for all your hard work! I'm working really hard. I got the strenght to do 20-25 push ups again, I can do over 100 sit ups. I'm getting stronger for every pasing day! I love to workout because it's fun and I love to see the results! I'm feeling so much better and I'm happier now than before I started to work out! I think you should visit http://www.bodyrock.tv/ site! First up we have Green Day with the song American Idiot! This is an old song, but I really push my self hard when I workout to this song! I love it and I'm always going to love this song!



Second song is Pitbull with International Love! This song makes me super and I feel like dancing when I hear it! While working out I can listen to all kind of songs, dosn't have to be metal! This song rocks!



Third song I have been listening to this week is Lady Gaga with Marry The Night! This song makes me keep going! It's an amazing song, I love Lady gaga, because her music is so amazing! This is a great song to workout to!



This next one is one of the songs in the ESC last year! The song is by Eric Saade and it's called Popular! This song makes me happy and I love it! I wanted him to win but he didn't. (Sad face)



Now I know this will make my friends ask me what the hell is going on with me! Erik og Kriss with the song Ligther! This is a norwegian song which makes it cool. I don't listen to this often, only when I workout. Same with the other ones as well!



This is one of the songs I'm on love with, because it's by my favorite band which is Children of Bodom the song is called In Your Face. This song makes me push myself so damn hard! This song inspires me to keep going no matter how hard things are!



This next song is also by my favorite band which you all know now is COB, it's called We're Not Gonna Fall. This song is awesome! That's really all I can say!



This last song is so amazing, Britney Spears with Till The World Ends is a song I could dance to all day! The song is so nice, usually I don't listen to Britney but I should say thank you to her for making this song so I can workout to it! I love it!



As you can see my playlist contains a bit of everything! Not only metal, which is what I usually listen to. I'm not the biggest fan of pop and other types of music! The important thing is that I like the music I'm going to workout to! But I really hope you liked it, and enjoyed it!

  7. darling i´m like you i listen to almost every musicstyle (well except this really awful folk music they play in austria, it is really a torture for my ears haha), music always motivates me and especially for workouts it is absolutely necessary i often listen to the doors, rammstein or jefferson airplane when i make my workouts ;)

      Yes music does motivate to workout! Rammstein is awesome, I haven't been listening to them in quite a while now! But I still love them;D It's awesome=)
