I made a super amazing smoothie today, it was so damn good, so I'm going to make more later today, but for now I don't need more. The smoothie is really healty, so it's great to drink/eat after doing your workout. This recipe is so easy and quick, all you need is frozen strawberries, strawberry Biola or yoghurt! you can also put in some raisins! It's healty and good for your body, your body needs to get healty food! It's really important!
A handfull of frozen strawberries.
A glass of Biola or yoghurt.
You can also put in mixed nuts or whatever you prefere in the smoothie!
It only takes 5 minutes to make, and I promis you it is tasty! Your going to love it! I do and I'm going to start making smoothies a lot more! Cause my body needs it!
