I love to workout, but I'm kind of tired of doing push up's, sit up's and that kind of workouts. It's not fun any more, and I want my workout to be fun, so I searched on youtube to find a great way to workout while having fun. I did, by dancing. Here is the first two parts of the PCD Dance Workout.
I have been doing this "workout" since monday, and I love it. It's so much fun to do this. I will keep doing this dance workout until it gets boring. I have already done it today, but to be honest it's so much fun so I might to it again later.
